Ingredients
- Bread (baguette or ciabatta): 4-6 slices
- "Ani" Strained Yogurt: 100-120 g
- Avocado: 1 pc. (ripe)
- Sun-dried tomatoes: 6-8 pieces
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Salt and black pepper: to taste
- Fresh herbs: basil or parsley (for garnish)
Preparation:
- Toast the bread: Lightly toast the bread slices on both sides in a dry pan or in the oven until golden and crispy.
- Infuse with flavor: Rub the warm bread slices with a garlic clove to give them a subtle aroma and flavor.
- Prepare the avocado: Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into thin slices or mash with a fork. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Assemble: Generously spread "Ani" strained yogurt on each slice of bread. Top with avocado slices and pieces of sun-dried tomatoes.
- Final touch: Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper, and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. Garnish with fresh herbs.
