ANI Product was founded in 2003 with the mission to provide the local market with high-quality dairy products and to become one of the industry leaders. Through years of consistent work, substantial investments, and a dedicated team, a small workshop evolved into a powerful, modern factory. Today, our production is carried out using automated production lines and equipment that strictly adhere to international standards.
FACTORY AND LABORATORY
Years after establishing our production workshop, we built our 3-hectare factory- equipped with high-end technologies, modern machinery, and fully compliant with European standards.
Product quality and safety are guaranteed under ISO 22000 certification and are rigorously controlled by our in-house laboratory. Our experienced specialists conduct precise analysis of the entire technological process across two dedicated units:
The Microbiological Unit controls the sanitary and hygienic status of raw materials, finished products, and the surrounding environment (water, air, equipment).
The Physicochemical Unit performs multi-stage testing of the qualitative parameters (taste, aroma, fat content, acidity, etc.) of raw materials and finished products.
