Béchamel Sauce for Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 150 ml "Ani" Milk
  • 2 tablespoons "Ani" Greek Yogurt
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour, and fry until golden-brown, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the milk, Greek yogurt, and crushed garlic. Mix thoroughly to ensure no lumps remain.
  3. Add the salt and nutmeg, and cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat.

Tip

Try to prepare the sauce so that it is not excessively thick; otherwise, it will be difficult to work with.
