Cookie "Delicacy"

Ingredients:

 

- Ani Cottage Cheese – 100 g

- Ani Sour Cream – 300 g

- Ani Matsun – 300 g

- Sugar – 180 g

- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon

- Vanilla – to taste

- Flour – as much as needed to make non-sticky dough

 

Preparation Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Ani cottage cheese and sour cream. Quench the baking soda in matsun and add it to the mixture.
  2. Add sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add flour until the dough starts separating from the sides of the bowl and doesn’t stick to your hands.
  4. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut cookies with cookie cutters.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until the cookies are golden.
  7. Let the cookies cool slightly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
