Ingredients:
• Greek yogurt: 200g
• Fresh cucumber: 1 small
• Garlic: 1-2 cloves
• Fresh dill: a few sprigs
• Lemon juice: 1 tsp
• Olive oil: 1 tbsp
• Salt and black pepper: to taste
Preparation:
1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture (this keeps the sauce thick).
2. Mince the garlic and finely chop the dill.
3. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and dill.
4. Stir in the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
