Ingredients
- Milk – 500 ml
- Dark chocolate – 100 g
- Potato starch – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Cinnamon – ½ tsp
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Dissolve the starch in half a cup of milk.
- Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
- Add the chocolate and stir until it is completely melted.
- Then add the milk with starch, sugar, spices, and salt.
- Continue stirring and cook until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
