Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp warm water (≈70°C / 158°F)
- 1 tsp honey or syrup
- ¾ cup milk
- Ice, to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the matcha powder with warm water and whisk until the powder fully dissolves and a smooth mixture forms. Then add the honey or syrup, and mix well.
In a tall glass, add the ice cubes, pour in the milk, and finally top it with the matcha mixture.
Tip
For a lighter and frothier drink, you can pre-froth the milk before pouring it over the ice.
