Sweet Curd snack

Ingredients

  • Ani Cottage Cheese – 500 g
  • Ani Sour Cream – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Semolina – 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 0.5 cup
  • Vanilla
  • Chocolate – 100 g

 

For the filling

  • Cocoa – 2 tablespoons
  • Nuts, raisins, dried fruits, chocolate – to taste

 

Preparation Process

  1. Blend the sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa, nuts, raisins, or dried fruits to taste.
  3. Line a baking dish with foil, pour in the mixture, and smooth the surface.
  4. Place the dish into a larger and deeper pan half-filled with water.
  5. Bake in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes.
  6. After baking, let it cool and place it in the freezer for 30–40 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the frozen dessert from the foil.
  8. Melt the chocolate over steam and drizzle it over the dessert layers.
  9. Slice the dessert with a hot knife and serve.
