Ingredients:
- 180 g Greek yogurt
- 40 g Chia seeds
- 1 Banana
- Honey (to taste)
Instructions:
- Mix the Ani Product Greek yogurt with the chia seeds and honey. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Slice the banana beforehand and divide the slices into two equal portions.
- In any kind of transparent jar or glass, beautifully layer the first half of the sliced banana.
- Pour the chilled yogurt mixture (taken out of the fridge) over the banana layer.
- After leveling the yogurt layer, top with the second half of the sliced banana.
Tip: Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator a second time for a short period to enhance the flavor even more.
