YOGURT POPSICLES

YOGURT POPSICLES

Ingredients:

• “Ani” Greek yogurt: 300g
• Milk: 80-100ml
• Honey: 1-2 tbsp
• Banana: 1 small
• Strawberries: a few pieces
• Kiwi: 1
• Mango or peach: 1
• Vanilla extract: 1 tsp (optional)


Preparation:

1. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and banana until smooth and creamy.
2. Wash and cut the fruits into small pieces.
3. Pour a little yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, add fruit pieces, then fill the molds completely.
4. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6-8 hours.

Small lifehack:

Before serving, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles easily.
