Ingredients
- 350 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 600 ml Ani Product 2.5% kefir
- 300 g flour
- 2 eggs
- dill
- parsley
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation method
Pour slightly warmed “Ani Product” kefir into a deep bowl, then add the eggs and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Next, add the grated mozzarella and finely chopped herbs. Mix well so that all the ingredients blend evenly.
Heat a frying pan and pour in the prepared batter. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip so that both sides are evenly golden brown.
Tip
Serve with “Ani Product” sour cream or Greek yogurt (classic or oregano flavor).
You can add garlic or sesame seeds for a more interesting taste.
Can be enjoyed both warm and cold.
