Blueberry & “Ani product” Greek Yogurt Cookies

Ingredients

  • A pinch of salt
  • 8 dates
  • 25 g almonds
  • Vanilla (optional)
  • 20 g blueberries
  • 100 g Greek yogurt

 

Preparation

First, blend the almonds and dates, gradually adding a little salt. The mixture should be firm enough to hold its shape.
Prepare small molds and press the mixture into them, forming shells (like tiny cups).
Then place the molds in the refrigerator and leave for 30 minutes.
After chilling, carefully remove the shaped shells from the molds. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the vanilla, then fill the shells with the mixture. Finish by decorating with blueberries.

 

Tip

You can slightly modify the recipe by using one of the flavored Greek yogurts from “Ani product” - for example, vanilla or blueberry - instead of the classic one.
