Ingredients
- 640 g ground chicken
- 1.5 cups kefir
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese
- 7 tsp flour
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (to taste)
Preparation Method
First, add 2 eggs to the pre-ground chicken and mix well. Grate the cheese, mix it with kefir, and add the mixture to the chicken. Stir thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined. After this, shape the mixture by hand into small, thin, oval patties.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in some oil, and fry the patties until golden brown on one side, then flip and fry the other side the same way.
Tip
After frying, place the patties on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
