Ingredients
- Semolina: 400 g
- "Ani" Kefir: 500 ml
- Sugar: 200 g
- Eggs: 3 pcs.
- Butter: 100 g (melted)
- Oranges: 2 large
- Baking powder: 1.5 tsp
- Vanillin and salt: a pinch of each
Preparation:
- Pour "Ani" kefir over the semolina, mix well, and let it sit for 30-60 minutes to swell.
- Whisk the eggs with sugar, vanillin, and salt until light and fluffy.
- Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice from the fruit.
- Add the melted butter, egg mixture, orange juice, and zest to the swollen semolina. Mix thoroughly.
- Finally, add the baking powder, mix, and pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
