Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Milk Sauce

Ingredients  

 

- "Ani" Cottage Cheese – 350 g  

- Eggs – 2  

- Flour – 6 tbsp  

- Sugar – 2 tbsp  

- Sunflower Oil – 5 tbsp  

 

Instructions  

  1. Place the "Ani" cottage cheese in a deep bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and sugar, then whisk until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  3. Gradually add flour and sunflower oil, mixing well each time.
  4. Heat a pan, lightly oil it, and place spoonfuls of batter in the pan, shaping into small rounds.
  5. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.

 

Milk Sauce

 

Ingredients 

 

- Flour – 1 tbsp  

- Butter – 10 g  

- "Ani" Milk – 1 cup  

- Sugar – 1-2 tbsp  

 

Instructions  

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add flour and stir continuously until it turns golden.
  3. Gradually add "Ani" milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  4. Add sugar and stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat once the sauce reaches the desired consistency and serve with cottage cheese pancakes.
