Ingredients
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 6 chocolate cookies
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Place the frozen raspberries in a deep bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, and let them thaw. In the meantime, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and the lemon juice to the Greek yogurt. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved and you get a smooth, uniform mixture. Once the raspberries have thawed, mix them into the yogurt mixture until the blend is homogeneous.
In a glass, start layering the dessert. First, place a layer of broken cookies at the bottom. Then, add a layer of the yogurt-raspberry mixture. Repeat the process, adding another layer of cookies, and finish with a final layer of the yogurt mixture. Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator so the cookies can soften.
Tip: You can decorate the dessert with a few whole raspberries or cookie crumbles.
