Ingredients
* 200 g cottage cheese
* 80 ml drinking yogurt
* 1 egg
* 110 g wheat flour
* 3 tbsp sugar
* ½ tsp baking powder
* 20 g raisins
* 40 g dried fruits of your choice
* Powdered sugar
Preparation
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the egg, and mash with a fork. Pour in the yogurt and mix well. Add the sugar. Next, sift in the flour with the baking powder. Add the washed and soaked raisins, as well as dried fruits cut into small pieces. Fill the muffin molds with the batter a little over halfway. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the muffins for 35–40 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Let the muffins cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Tip: You can use any drinking yogurt from ANI PRODUCT or Perpery.
